Our sauna use is for CounterBalance gym members, Wellness Studio clients and also the general public! A complimentary spa towel, robe and slipper service is provided per person for each session.

Drinking water before and after an Infrared Sauna session is advised to remain hydrated.  Please DO NOT bring water directly into the sauna as the sauna contains electrical components throughout. Please keep your water consumption limited to outside the walls of the Sauna. Bottled filtered water is available for purchase at our Front Desk.
